ESA Surveying is a small surveying company operating largely within Cambridgeshire and its surrounding counties, offering a personal and professional approach to our clients.

Drawing upon over 25 years of experience with highly reputable clients, we oversee and manage projects from concept to completion, within various sectors including new builds, extensions, refurbishments and conversions, to varying ages of properties.

Matthew Smith MRICS
As a Chartered Building Surveyor working in the Construction Industry for over 25 years, my passion comes from constructing buildings and structures that will stand for generations to come.

To work with a blank site, a tired or run down shell, or to enhance and improve an existing building to create something special to the satisfaction of its owner and occupants, is hugely rewarding.
​
Combining my Architectural Technology roots, proficiency in AutoCAD and Project Management skills, I enjoy undertaking a wide range of roles within the professionalism.

I take great pride in all of the projects that I complete and great pleasure in the relationships that I build along the way.

We undertake small to medium size projects from conception through to completion, with all stages in between, including new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and change of use conversions. We are able to complete works to buildings of all ages from listed buildings to new builds.
